Dart Transit is hiring a CDL A Dedicated Dry Van Driver in Chicago, IL to transport pallets of steel coil for a large aluminum can manufacturer. Drivers will load and secure the freight and deliver it to facilities within the Midwest. Drivers will be home weekly, including weekends.

Compensation

  • Huge pay increase: 67 CPM, with an average of 2,300 miles per week running 5 days per week
  • $1,670 - $2,000 average weekly gross
  • Layover, breakdown, stop-off and unloading pay
  • Detention, coil strapping, NYC and Hazmat load pay
  • Paid orientation
  • Bonuses include: DOT inspection bonus and $1,000 driver referral bonus

  • Sleeper or day cab based on availability

  • Forward facing cameras event triggered and monitored by 3rd party 
  • 62 MPH governed speed, 65 MPH on cruise
