Compensation

• Average annual pay: $72,000
• Top Class A Truck Drivers can make $72,000 - $85,000 yearly, potential for more!
  • Paying practical miles
  • Weekend Delivery Premium: $150 per day
  • Canadian Border Crossing Premium: $250 per load
  • Monthly Cell Phone Reimbursement: $25
  • $1,200 Guaranteed Weekly Pay
• Bonuses include:
  • Driver Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Quarterly Performance Bonus: Up to 5.5% of gross earnings
  • Annual Seniority Bonus: Up to $2,750 per year
  • Sign-On Bonus: $3,000 ($6,000 if you have bulk driving experience - liquid or dry!)
• Paid weekly via direct deposit

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home 3-4 nights weekly
• Start times are flexible with occasional night driving and weekend work required
• Route: Throughout the Regional Midwest
• Level of Touch: Load & Unload (Pulling hoses & pumping product

Equipment

• Freightliner Cascadias
  • 10-speed manual transmission
  • 2015 and later
  • Sleeper Cabs

Experience & Qualifications

• Must have Class A CDL
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Tanker endorsement preferred, but not required
• 12 months recent Tractor-Trailer driving experience (with a truck driving school certificate preferred) or 24 months Class A Tractor Trailer Driving experience
• Must pass all DOT requirements, physical exam and drug test
• Must have no more than 3 minor MVR violations within the last 3 years.  Must have no serious/major MVR violations within the last 3-5 years.  Accident history will be reviewed for severity.
• Driver should reside within 60 miles of Ottumwa
