About BHX Logistics
BHX Logistics is an expedited freight carrier based in Saint Louis, Missouri. We run more than 100 cargo van owner-operator units on over-the-road freight throughout the United States and Canada.
Cargo vans are not a side segment for us. They are the entire operation, which means our dispatch, our lanes, and our customer base are all built around van freight instead of running behind a tractor fleet as an afterthought.
There is no forced dispatch at BHX. Our Milestone app puts the freight in front of you directly — you set the states you are willing to run, you see what is available, and you decide what you take. Nobody pressures you into a load you do not want, and nobody decides your week for you.
You will also have one dedicated dispatcher, not a rotating team. The same person knows your van, your preferences, and your history, which means there is someone specific to call when a week goes sideways and someone specific to hold accountable for it. Most carriers this size hand you whoever picks up. We do not.
Dispatch is staffed 24/7 by people who answer. Van freight moves at night and on weekends, and a driver sitting on an unreturned call is a driver losing money.
Our onboarding is thorough on purpose. Every unit goes through document and insurance verification and a full orientation that covers rates, lanes, expectations, and how to reach us. We would rather spend that time up front than have a contractor discover on their third load that the arrangement does not fit.
