Soar Transportation is seeking CDL A OTR Reefer Lease Purchase Drivers Nationwide. Now more than ever, great people are needed to get the job done. As part of our SOAR team, you’ll serve an impressive roster of clients, hauling temperature-controlled freight in late model, well-equipped trucks.

Compensation

• Annual pay: $200,000+ average gross pay
  • Earn $1.40 for every loaded mile
  • Receive an additional $0.01 per year of service, up to a cap of $1.45
  • Enjoy a 100% pass-through fuel surcharge based off of weekly D.O.E. National Average
  • Earn 50 CPM on dispatched empty miles
• Additional Pay:
  • Get $50 per hour after just 2 hours of waiting
  • Maximize your earnings with a cap of $300 per 24-hour period
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

• BRAND NEW 2023, 2024 OWNER OP SPEC’D FREIGHTLINER CASCADIAS 
  • Lease Only -  Weekly Payment - $300 per week and $.25 per mile, all miles
  • Purchase - Weekly Payment - $300 per week and $.25 per mile, all miles
• USED 2023, OWNER OP SPEC’D FREIGHTLINER CASCADIAS & PETERBILTS 579’s
  • Lease Only Weekly Payment - $300 per week and $.25 per mile, all miles
  • Purchase - Weekly Payment - $300 per week and $.25 per mile, all miles
• USED 2022, OWNER OP SPEC’D FREIGHTLINER CASCADIAS & PETERBILTS 579’s
  • Lease Only - Weekly Payment - $300 per week and $.25 per mile, all miles
  •  Purchase - Weekly Payment - $300 per week and $.25 per mile, all miles
• Federal Heavy Use Tax 2290- $550.00 Must be paid directly through IRS.
• Permits and Plates - $44.23 per week
• Admin Fees - $100.00 per week
• Driver Tech Unit- $16.00 per week
• Operating ESO - $.08 per mile and cap at $8,000.
• Fuel and Mileage Tax - $0.0125 per mile
• Pre-Pass - $4.00 per week + toll cost
• Trans-flo - $10.00 per week
• Additional Cost: Scales, Truck washers, tolls, tickets, MVR, garnishments, fuel, oil, DOT physicals, TWIC/escort fees, load locks, and ANY maintenance repairs or costs MUST be paid by the Contractor.

Home time, Route & Schedule

• Home Time: Choose your home time, most drivers are home for 3-4 days every 3 weeks
  • Average weekly miles - 2,450 - 3,000
• Route:  Primary Power Lanes (I-80, I-90 and I-94) but we run all 48 states
• 100% no touch freight

 

 

Equipment

• Drive a Brand New 2022 - 2024 Freightliner Cascadia
• Bumper to Bumper Maintenance Program
• EW4 and TC4 coverage
• 4 year - 450,000 mile chassis warranty
• 4 year - 500,000 mile engine warranty
• Must have physical damage insurance, bobtail/non-trucking liability, occupational accident coverage, general liability coverage

 

Qualification

• Must have valid CDL A License
• 23 years of age
• Minimum 1 year over the road experience
• Clean MVR and driving history
• Solid work history
• Clean background
• Operates under SOAR authority
• Cannot reside in the following states as an Independent Contractor: WA, OR, CA, FL, KY, IL, PA, DC, DE, MD, NJ, CT, RI, NY, MA, NH, ME, VT
