$0.58 BASE CPM + STACKABLE PAY

$0.01 CPM for EVERY YEAR with your last carrier
$0.02 CPM No Pet / Less Than 10% Idle
$0.03 CPM Performance & Safety Bonus
$0.03 CPM Healthcare Decline Pay
$0.12 CPM Bronx Pay on qualifying miles
$45 Stop Pay
