FloMac Transportation Inc. is hiring CDL A Regional Dry Van Team Drivers in North MS & Central TN for home weekly routes. With team operations in Olive Branch MS, Columbus MS, and Nashville TN, FloMac Transportation Inc. is a leading and trusted FedEx Ground contractor specializing as a 100% Drop and Hook, No-Touch Freight carrier.

Compensation:

• Average weekly pay: $1,400 - $2,400+ per week per driver
  • Average of 2500 to 3500+ miles per week per driver
  • Starting pay: 65-70 CPM depending on experience
  • Tenure raises up to 75 CPM
• All miles paid
• Bonuses:
  • Sign on bonus: $1,000 paid as $250 per month over first 4 months of employment
    • Must meet qualifications
  • Referral bonus: $750 paid as $250 per month after 30 days of employment
  • Safety bonus: 2 CPM after 3 months, paid monthly
  • Monthly and annual performance, profit sharing and holiday bonuses:
    • Year 1 total bonus potential: $3,300
    • Year 2 total bonus potential: $3,600
    • Year 3+ total bonus potential: $4,000+
• Paid weekly via direct deposit

Home Time, Route & Schedule

• Home Time: 2 days per week
• Schedule: Out 5 days, home 2 days
  • Can accommodate teams looking to stay out longer
  • Saturday or Sunday required most weeks
• Route: Variable regional routes throughout the US
• Level of Touch: No touch freight, 100% drop & hook

Equipment

• Current model Freightliner, International & Volvo trucks
• Automatic and manual transmission trucks available

Qualifications

• CDL A License required
• Minimum age: 21
• One (1) year in the past three (3) years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience, or five (5) years in the past ten (10) years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
• Will also consider drivers with 6-11 months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience with certification from a FedEx Ground approved driving school
• Must have or be willing to acquire Doubles Endorsement
• Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check
• Must be able to pass a Drug Test
• Must have a clean MVR (Driving Record)
• DOT Medical Card must be attached to CDL
• Must be located within 125 miles of the following cities
  • Olive Branch, MS
  • Columbus, MS
  • Nashville, TN
