We operate nationwide, but our primary lanes are east of the Mississippi and throughout the Midwest. While we don't dispatch into NYC boroughs or islands, we welcome drivers from any location.

Pay & Miles

$0.60 CPM – W-2
Paid weekly – Every Wednesday (Sunday–Saturday pay period)
Average take-home: $1,400–$1,800/week
2,500–2,800 miles/week average
$80.00/day per diem
One-day orientation – Paid $150 on first dispatch

Fleet Performance (Q4 2025)


Top 5%: 3,880 miles/week
Top 10%: 3,404 miles/week
Top 25%: 2,925 miles/week
Top 50%: 2,640 miles/week
20% of drivers have passed 1 million miles
7% have surpassed 2 million miles


Bonuses & Incentives


Clean DOT Inspection Bonuses


General commodity: $50
Hazmat freight: $100


Hazmat Load Bonus: $100 per load
(Hazmat endorsement not required to apply)
Referral Bonus: $2,000

45 days: $250
90 days: $750
150 days: $1,000
