Pay & Mileage
Dry Van: 65 CPM | Reefer: 70 CPM
Average 3,000 miles per week
Home Time
3 weeks out ? 3–4 days at home

Sign-On Bonus (Conditional)
$1,000 after 60 days of operation with at least 10,000 miles/month
Additional $1,000 after 90 days with at least 30,000 miles driven

Kenworth, Peterbilt, Mack, Volvo
Fridge, bunk heater, inverter included
Most trucks are automatic; manuals available occasionally
Comfort-first idle policy: trucks idle only above 70°F or below 35°F
Fast, Paid Orientation
1.5-day orientation ? $100
