*CDL-A Reefer Drivers Wanted*

This position offers the opportunity to haul *Bob Evans Farms grocery products* to customer distribution centers throughout the region.

*This is NOT a food-service position.* Drivers are delivering grocery products to distribution centers.

*Home Every Weekend*

* Home *every weekend*
* Possible additional nights at home during the week, depending on your route
* Typically out *2–3 nights at a time*
* Consistent, predictable schedule
* Must live within *100 miles of Springfield, Ohio*

*Competitive Compensation*

* *$1,900 average weekly gross pay*
* *$95,000+ annual earning potential*
* Average 2025 annual wages: *$112,000*
* *$5,000 sign-on bonus*
* *$0.73 CPM base rate*
* Hub miles paid
* Additional pay for:

* Stops
* Loading
* Detention
* Other qualifying activities

*Driver Requirements*

To qualify for this opportunity, you must have:

* Valid *Class A CDL*
* *Minimum 18 months of OTR driving experience*
* Reefer experience preferred
* Must live within *100 miles of Springfield, OH*
* Ability to safely operate and maintain commercial motor vehicle equipment
* Ability to understand and follow company procedures and safety requirements

*Driver Responsibilities*

Professionalism and safety are priorities. Drivers are expected to:

* Follow all company, state, and federal safety regulations
* Maintain accurate daily and weekly logs and reports
* Complete all documentation required by state and federal agencies
* Follow company policies and operating procedures
* Properly handle and deliver grocery freight to customer distribution centers
* Interpret and follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
* Maintain a professional attitude while representing the carrier and its customers
