Drivers are currently earning approximately *$27–$32 per hour*, depending on the work performed.

*0–100 Miles*

Flat-band rates apply to:

* Loaded miles
* Empty miles
* Bobtail miles

*100+ Miles*

*Container Freight*

* *$0.80 per mile*
* Loaded and empty miles paid

*Dry Van Freight*

* *$0.65 per mile*
* Loaded, empty, and bobtail miles paid

*Local & Regional Work*
